I'm glad to hear it, but it would be better for America if Bush would say it himself.
That's why you and me ain't CEOs of nuthin':
CEOs must be relentlessly upbeat, positive, rah-rah. So no "Holy Smokes, we might be running out of oil!", instead "Here's this great plan for this problem we have with high prices."
People don't really want to hear negative stuff anyway, any they vote that way.
